For treatments

If you are prevented from attending your agreed treatment and wish to cancel, we ask that you do this no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment period. We try to advance your time as much as possible, if this is desired.

If this is not observed, a fee of 50% of the original price of the treatment will be charged and any discounts will be disregarded. If you choose not to attend the treatment, 100% of the original price will be charged, which will be charged for immediate payment.

Cancellations due to COVID-19 or suspicions thereof may be issued as a credit certificate.

In the event of a delay on the part of the customer, it is assessed whether the treatment can be carried out satisfactorily, or whether it is necessary to find a new time. However, the treatment must be paid regardless of the outcome due to the time allocated.

In the event of a delay on the part of Beauty Booster, it is also assessed whether the treatment can be carried out satisfactorily. If this is not possible, the customer is offered a new time and we try to find a suitable solution together.

We draw attention to the fact that we do not carry out treatments if you have any kind of infection, inflammation or the like that could influence the result or the customer's health.

We reserve the right for misprints and spelling errors.

BeautyBoosters reserves the right to continuously change membership conditions, fees and prices. Including prices for subscribers.

Processing of your personal data takes place according to the rules in the data protection regulation and the data protection act. We only process the personal data that you give us in order to carry out the requested processing. This information usually includes name, address, e-mail, telephone number and payment information.

The purpose of the above is to ensure that you as a customer receive the best possible service and treatment at BeautyBoosters. This means that we only process your relevant personal data.

The information collected is stored on Shopify servers with limited access. In addition, we ensure that your information does not come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, is misused or processed in violation of the GDPR. Your information will be deleted when we no longer need it, but within 5 years at the latest.

We point out that in certain cases there is a need to share your personal information with business partners in order to carry out the requested treatments.

You can at any time gain insight into which of your information we store and process. If this is desired, please contact us by telephone or by mail.

§1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Beautyboosters.dk is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the webshop due to maintenance.You can only make purchases when the webshop is open and available

To shop at beautyboosters.dk you must be 16 years old to have shellac done and 18 years old to have gel nails done and be in possession of a valid payment card that is accepted on the website. If you are not yet 18 years old and have a valid payment card, you can buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to make the purchase.

You select the goods you want to buy and put them in the "basket" for products or treatments when booking in the Planway system. You can correct the contents of the basket and the booking system up to the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods.

Any payment of freight is imposed in step 2, where you must provide your personal data. When you are ready to order, you select the delivery method, click "Next" and enter your name, address, e-mail and telephone number. A payment window will then open, where you select the payment method and complete the payment. You can change the contents of the shopping basket until you press the "Approve and pay" button. Your order is then completed and registered.

We do not charge a fee for payment by Danish payment card. The amount for the order is only withdrawn from the account associated with the means of payment when the item is dispatched. When purchasing treatments via Planway, the amount will be deducted before the treatment is received, as it is possible to order treatments far into the future and the amount cannot be reserved for more than 14 days. If you want to wait to pay, you can choose "Pay later".

Discount codes are personal and must not be shared with others.

§2. DELIVERY

At beautyboosters.dk we offer delivery to your private address or to your workplace, and you can also choose to pick up the item at one of the specified collection points in your area. The price for this is stated when ordering and will appear in the total amount before you approve the order.

We ship your goods within 1-3 business days, but there may be delays during periods of high order activity. Ordered products are sent together.

If we are sold out and accepting pre-orders, please refer to the delivery date stated on the website and on your order confirmation. If your order contains pre-ordered goods, your order will be sent together when these goods are back in stock.

Beauty Boosters is responsible for the items until you receive them.

Please note that Beauty Boosters does not share your personal information with carrier. If you want the item to be delivered to your address, you must contact the shipping company yourself.

We deliver to Denmark and the rest of the world.

Uncollected parcels: If the parcel is sent back from the parcel shop, we can charge the real costs of return, which are imposed on us by the shipping company. If you wish to have the item sent again, you must pay for new shipping yourself when redelivery.

§3. 14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

You have received an attached note in your order that describes how you send your goods back and describes where they must be sent.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hello@beautyboosters.dk or use the standard cancellation form that you will find attached to your order.

 You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

§3.1 CANCELLATION OF A PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

§4. RETURN

You must return your order to Beauty Booster's warehouse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the goods. The address of the warehouse to which you must send your return goods is:

You have received an attached note in your order that describes how you send your goods back and describes where they must be sent.

You must pay the shipping yourself if you wish to return an item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the package/goods until Beauty Boosters' warehouse has received them. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

You bear the risk for the product yourself from the time the product is dispatched until it is received by Beauty Boosters' warehouse.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase as well as a description of why you wish to cancel your purchase.

§4.1 CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN

If the item has lost value, and this is because you have used it and the packaging is included, than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back . The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

§5. REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value (if the packaging is damaged or you have used the product, e.g. makeup or hair products), you will not be able to claim a refund.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from that day , where we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

§6. COMPLAINT

The purchase agreement's defect rules apply to goods purchases. When you shop at beautyboosters.dk, you have 24 months right of complaint. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a discount, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

If the package is damaged upon receipt, please refuse receipt and contact BeautyBoosters as soon as possible.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.You can advertise by contacting us via email at hello@beautyboostersdk or by telephone on 71 78 65 75. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

You will basically receive a return slip by mail, which you must print, fill in and attach to the item when you return it.

 If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. If the complaint is not justified, you must bear the costs of transport yourself, including our freight costs for returning the goods after examination. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending. You are responsible for the item yourself until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

If the Product fails as a result of misuse or the like or is tested flawlessly, an invoice will be sent for repairing the product or time spent. An invoice can never exceed the new value of the product and must be agreed before repairs are carried out.
